SHIPPING

We ship fast! Most orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) will be shipped on the same day, subject to availability. If you need your order to arrive on a specific day, just give us a call so we can help ensure that you get it on time. Drop-shipments usually ship within one to three business days. We'll send you an email confirmation after you place your order, and tracking information will be emailed to you within 72 hours of shipment.

Occasionally, some items may become unavailable for shipment due to back-order, discontinuation, or unforeseen reasons. If this happens, we'll let you know via email or phone within 2-3 business days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If your order includes items from different manufacturers, you may receive separate shipments, and shipping times may vary. While we can't guarantee an exact shipping date, we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

If you need to return a product, please contact us at hello@sonicelectric.com with your full name, telephone number, online order number, and a brief description of the problem. Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, but tracking information must be sent by the 30th day of return, or we won't accept the item. Shipping charges aren't refunded on returns, and the merchandise must be in new condition, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. If returned products need reconditioning, or if they're deemed used or opened, service charges may apply, and a refund may not be issued.

Please note that certain items, including load centers, sale items, halogen/incandescent items, faceplates, recessed trims, recessed housing, assembled items, discontinued items, and specialty order parts, are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective products must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date for a same-item replacement. We'll assess items claimed to be defective upon return. If the item we test is in working condition, we won't issue a credit. If the defective item is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll refer you to the manufacturer for a replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please email or call us. Your cancellation isn't complete unless you receive confirmation from a customer service representative. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, and you refuse the package, it's treated as a return, and standard restocking fees will apply.

SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT

Please check your package as soon as you receive it. Claims for shortages, damages, and incorrectly shipped items will only be accepted for a period of 5 business days after receiving your package. Claims received after 5 business days won't be entertained.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer exchanges. You can purchase another product and return the undesired one per the return guidelines above.
