- Most orders placed before the 12:00 PM (PST) will be shipped same-day upon availability. if you need your order to go out a certain day, please call us so we can make sure your order reaches you on time.
- Drop-shipments typically ship same-day or next-business day upon availability.
- An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent after your order is placed. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, an incorrect e-mail address was entered or the order did not go through.
- Tracking information will be e-mailed within 48 hours after the order ships.
- On occasion, some merchandise that is ordered can become unavailable for shipment due to back-order, discontinuation or unforeseen reasons. If this happens, we sincerely apologize for disappointing you, and we will notify you via e-mail or telephone within 2-3 business days.
- Orders received on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day.
- If you order contains items from different manufacturers you may receive separate shipments and the shipping times may vary.
- We do not guarantee an exact shipping date; we will always do our best to ship every order right away.
To return a product to request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through our returns department. no returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. To request a return, e-mail us with the following information and a customer service representative will contact within 24 hours to resolve any matter:
(1) Your Full Name & Telephone Number
(2) Online Order Number
(3) Item Ordered (Manufacturer + Model Number)
(4) Brief nature of the problem
NOTE: Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 DAYS after the purchase date for a refund. Tracking Information must be sent by the 30th day of return (11:59 PM/PST) or we will not take back the item, no exceptions. Shipping charges are never refunded on a return. Our 30 day policy is NON-NEGOTIABLE. The merchandise must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original packaging. The buyer must pay the return shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee. If returned products need reconditioning or are deemed used or opened, service charges will apply and/or refund may not be issued.
Light Bulbs, Faceplates, Recessed Trims, Fire Rated Housing, Discontinued Items, and Specialty Order parts ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Defective products must be returned within 10 days of the invoice
date for same item replacement. Items claimed "defective" will be assessed by us upon return. NO Credit will be issued if the item we test is in working condition. If the defective item is covered under manufacturer's warranty, the customer will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement. A manufacturer's warranty is a manufacturer's warranty; please utilize them.
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, it must be done via Telephone or EMAIL. Your cancellation is NOT complete unless you receive a Confirmation from a Customer Service Representative.
If the order you have phoned-in to cancel has already shipped and you refuse the package, it is as if you have made a return; hence, standard restocking fees will apply (no exceptions).
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT
Claims for shortages, damages and incorrectly-shipped items will only be accepted for a period of 5 business days after receiving your package. We implore you to check your package RIGHT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. Claims received after 5 business days from receipt of shipment will not even be entertained; no exceptions.
There are no exchanges. You may purchase another product and return the undesired one per the return guidelines above ( 25% restocking fee will apply, please read aforementioned Return Policy).
